For repairs and IT issues resolved in our workshop, we cap our fees at 3 hours of labour. Our hourly rate is $150 an hour – the overwhelming majority of problems are resolved within one to two hours. If you are lucky and the problem is solved quickly, you only pay for the time that we spent on your computer. We do not have a minimum one hour charge. Nor do we have a service charge to come to your workplace or home to fix your computer or resolve your IT issue.

We can also undertake a diagnostic of your machine for you. This will then let you decide whether or not to repair or replace your PC, Laptop or Mac. The diagnosis fee of $75 is only applicable if you do not have your machine repaired by us.
