We are located at 48 Octantis Street Coorparoo, corner of Mars Street – just down from Cavendish Road, not far from Cavendish Road State High School.
Affordable Computer Repairs and Service is your locally based and trustworthy computer repair business. We are open 8am to 6pm 5 days a week – Monday to Friday.
Our services solve both hardware and software issues be it a PC, Laptop or Mac.
As a locally-based business, we are able to provide quick service at an affordable rate for residents and small businesses in Coorparoo.
We offer both a mobile and workshop repair service. Please feel free to drop-off your machine to us at our office/workshop, a telephone call beforehand would be appreciated.
For workshop repairs, we always keep you informed throughout the repair process. Consequently, we never purchase parts on your behalf without your permission and if it is a particularly expensive repair, we would contact you beforehand. This is to offer you the choice to replace rather than repair your computer.
Our Fees
We charge $150 an hour to repair your machine with most repairs being completed within one to two hours. We never charge over 3 hours no matter how long it may take to repair your PC, Laptop or Mac – for repairs done in our workshop.
There are no call out charges, no minimum hourly fee or penalty fees for weekend and after-hours repairs. Parts, if required are an additional cost.
Therefore, if you would like to know the exact cost to repair your machine before we start the repair job, we offer a $75 diagnosis fee which is only paid if you choose not to have your machine repaired. This fee covers some of the time spent in thoroughly examining your computer to determine the exact fault and provide you with an accurate estimation of cost to repair.
