Mac Repairs Camp Hill – Our workshop is only 5 minutes from you.  We are located in Coorparoo and have an excellent reputation for Mac Repairs and Mac Upgrades.

We are experienced in all Apple Macs, all models and different operating systems.

Mac Repair Prices

We charge $150 for labour, with parts if needed being an additional cost.  Most Mac repairs and upgrades are undertaken within one or two hours.  Our rates are very competitive, please check with other Mac Repairers.

For all Mac IT Services undertaken in our Coorparoo office, labour is capped at 3 hours. We charge the same labour rate for mobile repairs. For mobile repairs, there is no fee for travel or call out.

If you wish to know the cost of your Mac repair, we charge a $75 diagnosis fee which is not charged if you decide you want your iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook etc to be fixed. We offer this service for those owning an older model Mac and are toying with the idea of a new purchase rather than a repair.

There is a fixed fee of $145 for data recovery. If you elected our diagnostic service and decide to purchase a new Mac but want your data recovered – you will only be charged the data recovery fee, not the diagnosis fee.

Our workshop is in the bottom level of our home at 48 Octantis Street, on the corner of Mars Street in Coorparoo.  You will be coming to a three-storey grey residence. The workshop entrance is off Mars Street and is clearly signed.

We also offer mobile service for Camp Hill residents and businesses who need help with their Apple Mac(s).

Mac Repair Parts

You need to be aware that it is not always easy to obtain replacement parts for older Macs. Depending on the age of the machine, it may be that only refurbished parts are available. Refurbished parts also do not have a long warranty period. It may also be that we are only able to receive the part(s) within a couple of days or even longer. We do, however, source Mac components from a reliable Mac part supplier who carries a range of Mac components and have to date provided a reliable service.
