Workshop Computer Repairs Brisbane Southside

Most of our customers prefer the convenience of bringing their machines to our office and workshop at 48 Octantis Street, corner of Mars Street in Coorparoo.  Our office hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.

We welcome you to drop off your troublesome machine to us, our normal turnaround is two to three days.

Our business is located at the bottom level of our home, the actual office entrance is off Mars Street.  You will be coming to a three-storey residential building.  The office entrance is clearly signed.

We prefer customers to give us a courtesy call (3397 1215) so we are expecting you. This also gives us an opportunity to have an initial discussion with you about your particular IT issue.  While most often it is not possible to diagnose a problem without examining the computer, we can usually give you some likely scenarios and potential solutions that you may face.

We also provide a mobile repair and IT service for residents and businesses on the Southside of Brisbane.  This service is essential for those customers experiencing networking/wireless connection difficulties or requiring a new computer system setup.

Fees and Charges

We charge a competitive $150 an hour.  Most jobs are completed within one to two hours.  If your repair is undertaken in our southside workshop we will never bill you over 3 hours of labour.

If you require a replacement part for your machine, the cost of the part is additional.  We will never replace faulty components on your Mac, Laptop or Desktop without discussing the matter with you.
