- Affordable diagnosis fee – should you choose this service, we will conduct a thorough examination of your computer and then let you know exactly how much it will cost to repair. We only charge the $75 diagnosis fee if you decide not to continue with the repair to your computer.
- No call-out fees
- Affordable repair fees – 6 days a week and after hours if required, we charge $150 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.
- For jobs conducted in our workshop, we never charge over 3 hours of labour. We would let you know beforehand that it would take this long to repair your machine.
